You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact PrepNexa as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after fulfillment or carrier processing has begun.

PrepNexa products are kitchen appliances and should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with the product-specific instructions, warnings, controls, and care guidance supplied with or applicable to the appliance.
You are responsible for using appliances on an appropriate surface and in an appropriate environment, keeping electrical components away from unsafe exposure to water, supervising use when necessary, and allowing heated parts to cool before cleaning or handling.
Do not bypass safety mechanisms, modify electrical components, open electrical housings, or attempt internal repairs unless the applicable product instructions expressly permit the action and you are qualified to perform it.
If you notice smoke, sparking, unusual burning odors, visible cord damage, or another potentially unsafe condition, discontinue use and disconnect power when it is safe to do so before contacting support.
Warranty-Related Questions
Warranty eligibility, duration, coverage, exclusions, and available remedies can depend on the specific appliance, purchase information, and terms applicable to that product.
PrepNexa does not apply an unverified universal warranty period or remedy to every appliance through these Terms. If you have a warranty-related concern, contact customer care with the product name, available model information, order number, and a description of the issue.
No particular replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy should be assumed until the relevant information has been reviewed.
Intellectual Property
The PrepNexa name, website design, original written content, graphics, branding elements, product presentation, and other store materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws to the extent those materials are owned by or licensed to PrepNexa.
